Refund policy:

1. Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

2. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

3. If dissatisfied with a service, customers must contact us within 7 days for potential resolution or credit.

4. Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.
